We work on synthesis, characterization, and applications of nanomaterials (Perovskite, Pyrochlore, Multiferroics, and other Transition Metal Oxides), and polymer nanocomposite (Carbon Reinforced and other 2D Nanomaterials) with outstanding structural, electrical, optical, thermal, dielectric, ferroelectric, electrochemical, and magnetic properties.

Structural Analysis: XRD/HR-XRD, FTIR/FTIR-ATR, EDX, XPS and Raman Spectroscopy.

Morphological Analysis: FESEM, TEM/HR-TEM and AFM.

Optical properties: UV-Vis/ UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy and PL.

Electrical properties analysis: Variation of Resistivity with temperature measurement by using four-probe methods with or without magnetic fields.
