Research Interests

My interests are on problems that are at the interface of Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Biomedicine, and/or Engineering with a major focus on the synthesis of smart nanomaterials. The ultimate goal is to gain understanding of structure-property relationships and to engineer materials with desired functionality for magnetic, healthcare, environmental and energy sector.
